VESDA-E with integrated esserbus® transponder

We now present you a product innovation of the VESDA-E family that saves you time-consuming wiring work!
The highly efficient aspirating smoke detectors were equipped with a built-in esserbus® transponder for direct integration into the esserbus®.

With an adapter card installed at the factory, on which an esserbus transponder for special detectors is installed, the aspirating smoke detector can transmit up to four status messages to the fire alarm control panel. All that is required is an external power supply and the connection of the esserbus loop. There is therefore no need for any additional hardware assembly and installation times are significantly reduced.

The built-in transponder for special detectors is recognized as such via tools8000 and can be programmed and put into operation as usual. An assignment of the output functions is predefined in FlexES Control but can be edited. Operation on a BMZ IQ8Control is only possible without a pre-alarm function.
